As an Account Manager at Mutivity you’ll play a key role for the team, managing UX focused projects, working closely with analytics, creative and strategic teams to deliver digital solutions for a national consumer restaurant brand.
You’ll be developing delivery frameworks specific to your account in line with Mutivity project process standards. You’ll need fantastic communication skills, with the diplomacy to build relationships and manage external and internal stakeholders whilst keeping projects, clients and team on track.

Managing large scale complex projects within a single large account.

Proven track record of 4+ year experience
Extended industry knowledge

Exceptional skills in MS Excel, Word, and Project

A successful candidate for this position must have a solid background with a minimum 3-5 years of related experience in, be results driven and have a proven track record in successfully implementing a digital strategy. They will have excellent digital knowledge and demonstrate a high degree of initiative and creativity when pro-actively proposing new ideas. They will also be an articulate communicator, possess strong writing skills, be competent at media analysis reporting and thrive on attention to detail.
Day-to-day supervision and execution of external campaigns

Monitor and benchmark social media activities of other brands
Identify and track emerging trends in the digital space
Develop social media content
Analyze outcomes and create reports
Minimum 3+ years of digital and social media marketing experience
Excellent understanding of existing social media platforms
